a CD so naked and pure !!!

... gimmi a soulful female voice, an acoustic guitar, grand piano, hammond organ, bass 'n drums, play some natural songs 'n produce them in the same natural way 'n I'll love it. This here is some kind of US pop rock spiced with an euro flair (Arno Verstappen, acoustic guitar, came from Holland to stay in L.A.) plus a strong coffe-house/small bar touch. „The straightforward, uncluttered instrumentaton showcases the songs in their most pure and naked form" (from info) and YES - not being able to manage this (or not wanting it) completely ruins ALL of the productions of the BIG ONES (can't stand these, they are awful) CHALLENGE is so pure and naked, if it does'nt touch you, you must be dead or something .. I'm ALIVE !!!
