This band is based in L.A. and consists of Allison Lindsay on vocals and Arno Verstappen on guitar. As you probably already figured out by reading the title, this is an acoustic album. Both members are not two newbees in the music business. Arno studied at the Guitar Institute of Technology and Allison is well known at the Sabine Institute of Vocal Coaching. The ten songs on this disk are just plain awesome. Arno is a composer who writes his song with great melodies and emotions in mind. He is not as so many other guitar heroes a guy who want to shred all the time. Allison is a woman with a beautiful and trained voice, reminiscent of Heart. Also the lyrics are of a high level and deal with life and the world we live in today. This is a solid CD from a group with piles of talents. I recommend you check this duo out. (8) E-mail
